Training

We offer evidence-based, lived-experience-informed training that supports individuals, services and communities to better understand and respond to addiction and recovery. Our programmes draw on contemporary research, practice-based evidence and the insights of people with lived experience, ensuring training is grounded, credible and relevant to real-world settings.

Our training covers core areas including addiction recovery pathways, recovery capital, peer support, trauma-informed practice, stigma reduction and the development of community-led responses to substance use. We place particular emphasis on strengthening recovery-supportive environments and equipping participants with practical tools they can apply within their own organisations and communities.

Training is flexible and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements, whether you are a frontline service, voluntary or faith-based organisation, community group, or commissioning body. Sessions can be delivered online or face-to-face and adapted in depth and format to suit different audiences, from introductory awareness-raising to more in-depth workforce development and leadership learning.
